I'm happy today because I had a nice chuckle this morning. When running an errand, I passed a van that had the name and address of a business painted on the back. I thought it said, "300 Millers Crossing Smithville." What a strange name! Then I realized it was the street address and town where the business is located, which is "300 Miller's Crossing, Smithville." It shows how important punctuation is! All that made me think about the time we first moved to the town we are moving from next week. I was learning my way around. I came to a street called "WAVED." How odd! It quickly dawned on me that it stood for "West Avenue D." In reality, the sign read "W AVE D." I chuckled about that, and I'm still chuckling almost 17 years later!
